RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND WITHDRAWAL
If the Customer is not satisfied with the product he/she has purchased, he/she may return the product to us and obtain a refund of the price of the returned product within 15 days of delivery of the products. On the other hand, only unused items will be accepted. There are certain products that cannot be returned of which, under no circumstances will we accept the return of swimwear or intimate apparel. Baby shoes will also not be accepted for return.

Once the goods have been returned to our warehouse and after checking the condition of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made by the Customer.
In all cases, both for the product exchange and for the refund, the customer must wait for the approval of the exchange/return operation by The Best Sport, which will be carried out within approximately 7 days. We will perform the relevant quality and condition of the product and will review the labeling, packaging and packaging object of the return or exchange and provided that it has not been used and the packaging is correct, we will proceed to the return or exchange.
If the product is used, we will not be able to exchange or return it. If the product does not come properly wrapped and protected with its original labels and properly protected with a box or bag, it will be damaged and we will apply a charge of 6 € for renewal of packaging and will be deducted from the amount to be returned or added to the amount of the exchange to be made.
If an order is not received by the customer and the transport agency returns it to the warehouse of Inter Vegas Sport, S.L., this return will generate a charge of 12 € which will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
If during the use of any product is defective, please contact us by phone + (34) 912 328 806 and we will manage your case individually.
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, any used garment must be washed before sending it to us. In case we receive any unwashed used garment we will NOT process your claim and we will contact you to let you know what steps to follow to return the garment, as we will not assume shipping costs of any kind in these cases.
We will not accept in any case or under any circumstances the return of swimwear or intimate apparel. Returns of baby shoes will not be accepted either.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery of the products, unless it is an exclusion provided for in the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Inter Vegas Sport SL preferably by filling out the form found in the Returns section. Or you can send your withdrawal form by mail by sending it to: Inter Vegas Sport S.L. Calle Clara Campoamor 63 B, bajo 2, cp. 28025 (Madrid - Spain).
Below we provide the model of withdrawal form. Please note that the following form must only be completed and sent if the Customer wishes to withdraw from the contract.
